Hello World! This is actually my second attempt at this. I started a blog briefly on the WordPress site a year or so ago. Since then I’ve been studying and learning how WordPress works and how to setup my own domain names and such. So, thought I would do it all on my own site.
I have two goals for the site. My main goal, as I am in my 50’s now, was to share my thoughts, experiences, goals, etc. as I move forward towards retirement. I wanted to pass along my experiences, and hopefully you all will learn from it. My main focus in driving towards retirement was intended to focus on investing and money management.
My second goal is related, in that one of my bucket list items is writing a book. I have several ideas, but I thought this effort would help me in learning how to express my thoughts in written form.
Unintentionally though, I happen to now be in the market for a new position, so it looks like many of my initial postings will be related to my job search efforts. It’s been almost 16 years since I have created a resume or searched for a job, so this should be fun…
